- Seismic data streams are retrieved in real-time from EMSC, Boğaziçi University Kandilli Observatory (KRDAE), and AFAD sources.
- This is an independent civic initiative operated for broad humanitarian and public benefit.
Limitation of Liability & Scientific Disclaimer
- The developers disclaim all liability regarding the latency, precision, uninterrupted uptime, or algorithmic accuracy of seismic feeds.
- This software does not represent or replace governmental emergency broadcast mechanisms.
- There is no formal agency affiliation with any state or governmental body.
2. User Obligations & Pricing Model
- Users agree to employ the service strictly for lawful and humanitarian safety purposes.
- The software is completely free of mandatory subscription fees. Any optional donation mechanisms exist solely to sustain computational infrastructure and push notification relay servers.
3. Operational Requirements
To guarantee immediate notification delivery, devices must maintain an active data connection and grant requisite background push notification and approximate location permissions.
