Account & Data Deletion Request
At Earthquake Warning System, we hold user privacy and data sovereignty in the highest regard. You hold the unconditional right to erase your user profile and all associated stored preferences permanently from our systems.
In-App (Immediate)
Open the application, navigate to Profile / Settings > Delete My Account to purge your account credentials and local preferences instantly.
Email Submission
From your registered email address, send an inquiry to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion". Requests are processed within 7 business days.
Scope of Purged Data
Upon confirmation of account removal, the following entities are irrevocably erased:
- Authentication identities, username, and contact email associations.
- Push notification thresholds, custom magnitude filters, and localized seismic watchlists.
- Unique hardware push tokens (Apple APNs / Google FCM).
Retained Anonymous Telemetry
Non-identifiable, aggregated diagnostic logs and general error statistics may be retained exclusively for backend optimization and server stability verification.
